BASIL (ocimum basilicum)
has been found to be beneficial for alleviating mental fatigue, spasms, and as a first aid treatment for wasp stings and snakebites.
It may also help when there is a loss of smell due to chronic nasal catarrh.

BERGAMOT (citrus aurantium bergamia)
has been used in the Middle East fir hundreds of years for acne, boils, cold sores, eczema, insect bites, insect repellent,
oily complexion, psoriasis, scabies, spot varicose veins, ulcers, wounds, sore throat, thrush, infectious disease and depression.
It is known to have about 300 chemical constituents and has a refreshing, uplifting quality.

BIRCH (betula lenta) has a cortisone-like
action and is beneficial for bone, muscle and joint discomfort. It has been helpful in decreasing pain from arthritis, tendonitis
and rheumatism.

for respiratory infections, headaches, rheumatism, toothache, skin conditions, throat infection,
and sore muscles.

CEDARWOOD-
(Juniperus virginiana -USA) One of the most ancient oils, mentioned in the Bible and traces found in ancient Egyptian tombs.
It is a base note traditionally used as a fixative in the perfume industry. Used traditionally in the East to treat bronchial
and urinary tract infections, as a preservative and incense. Helpful for oily skin types and for itchy scalps.

German Chamomile- (Matricaria recutita) Ideal for stiff
swollen joints and muscles. The dark blue is caused by the presence of a high concentration of chamazulene in this oil and
it is for the anti- inflammatory properties of this substance that the Matricaria chamomile is most prized. It is helpful
for harmonising the menses. It has been known to neutralise toxic bacterial metabolic wastes.

Chamomile, Roman-
Often overlooked oil that is benefical for children and adults. It is one of the most gentlest oils. It is sedative
and useful for alleviating stress. Schnuabelt recommends r. chamomile for an emergency remedy during a asthma attack.

Cinnamon-(Cinnamomum
zeylancium) ( not to be confused with Cinnamon
Bark, which is recommended not be used in Aromatherapy by Robert Tisserand.) Encourages appetite and aids in digestion. Excellent warming oil. Use in times of cold and flu
season. Inhibits blood clotting, which is due to the high amounts of Eugenol 80%. Use at own disgression.

Citronella-(Cymbopogon
nardus) Beautiful oil that may help nervous
exhaustion and fatigue. Citronella has excellent antimicrobial, antibacterial and antifungal properties and is recommended
for colds, flus and other minor infections.
A
tall aromatic grass belonging to the Gramineae family, and related to Lemongrass. Cultivated in Java, Indonesia, Guatemala,
Honduras, Haiti, China, India and Vietnam. Harvesting is usually six to eight months after planting, then three to four times
per year depending on growth, just prior to flowering. The life of a commercial plantation is between five to ten years, then
the plants need to be replaced.

is self- assured and full of energy.

(Coriandrum stativum) Stimulating and refreshing. Use in massage oil for muscular aches and pains. Encourages digestion.
Said to be an aphrodisiac. Widely used in preparation of many dishes especially in the East, it is known as Chinese parsley.

(Cupressus sempervirens) Cypress has been
reputed to be effective as a cough remedy for the management of aute and chronic bronchitis and whooping cough. It is
